Senior leadership is strengthened with top-level appointments
Calare Properties (Calare), a private, Massachusetts-based investment firm with a focus on industrial and flex/office real estate, announced today several senior-level promotions and key hires as part of their ongoing plan for strategic growth in the industry.
Founder and long-time Managing Partner, William Manley, will continue to direct the firm’s overall real estate investment strategy as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer. He will be supported by Calare executives Bryan Blake, named President and Executive Director, and Robert Flynn, named Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director, further strengthening the firm’s overall senior leadership.
“As we continue to grow our portfolio both locally and outside of the New England Region, we are also pleased to announce recent top-level appointments and key support hires which strengthen our ability to identify attractive deals for our investors,” comments Manley.
In addition to internal promotions, Calare’s team has expanded with the addition of Andrew Iglowski, Director, and Nicholas Eddy, Associate.
Prior to joining Calare, Iglowski gained valuable experience serving as an Associate Director at Long Wharf Real Estate Partners and as Vice President at AEW Capital Management. In his new role, he will be responsible for sourcing new acquisitions and originating equity capital for the firm’s principal investment activities. Andrew is an active member of Urban Land Institute, the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Nicholas Eddy joins Calare from First Winthrop Corporation, where he served as an Asset Management Analyst, giving him a deep understanding of the industry and its operations. As an Associate, he will assist the asset management team in maximizing the performance and value of Calare’s current real estate portfolio. He will be involved with budgeting, forecasting, and leasing processes while working closely with the accounting and investor relations teams.
