Calare Properties Completes Acquisition of Industrial Outdoor Storage Site in Braintree

FRAMINGHAM, MA (May 6, 2026) — Calare today announced the acquisition of 825 Granite Street, a 72,000 sq. ft. high bay warehouse flex building with 2.5 acres of industrial outdoor storage on more than 9 acres in Braintree. The property was purchased with a short-term lease in place with the prior owner, a regional construction and infrastructure services company who stores and maintains a large fleet of construction equipment at the site.

The property’s combination of building space and outdoor storage capacity makes it well suited for a variety of users, including construction, logistics, and service-based businesses.

825 Granite Street includes open warehouse, office, and vehicle fleet service space, along with approximately 2.5 acres of outdoor industrial storage. It features three loading docks and 10 oversized drive-in doors, supporting a range of industrial and fleet-related uses.
