Leasing activity increases with significant capital improvement project

Calare Properties (Calare), a private, Massachusetts-based investment firm with a focus on industrial and flex/office real estate, and The Grossman Companies, Inc., a private, Massachusetts-based real estate investment firm, announced today that they have leased 110,000 square-feet (sf) of industrial space to Boston International at 210 Grove Street in Franklin, MA, a property owned in joint venture by the two industry veterans.

Newark Grubb Knight Frank represented Boston International in the lease transaction, with CBRE Boston representing ownership. Calare and The Grossman Companies are currently leading an extensive capital improvement program at the property, solidifying it as a high-quality asset in the market. Boston International will utilize the unique space as an office showroom and will benefit from the new construction, ample clear heights, multiple loading docks, and trailer storage.
